First of all, you have to open this portal by entering your head’s ID card and his name and mobile number. When you open it, you have to confirm that the head ID number and name are correct. Then you will click on the option of Save and Next, then the next option will open in front of you.

Family Roster

In this problem you enter some personal information about your family first of all you enter whether you are male or female. You will then enter your date of birth on which date you were born. Apart from your age, whether you are married or single, you will provide your health information. And after entering a lot of information you have to click on the Save and Next option below. Then the third step in front of you which is contact information will open in which you have to enter your contact information.

Contact Information 

And when the contact information appears in front of you, you have to enter the city you are from. What is your district? Which is the district? After entering the information which is your tehsil which is the union council you will give your postal address. If you ever receive mail from the government, to what address will it be delivered? After that, you have to enter your two network mobile numbers because if one of your mobile numbers is off then the other can be contacted.

Assets Information 

When you enter the contact information and click on the save and next option, you will be presented with a form for entering the asset information. In this, you have to enter your personal information about how much total property you have. Whether you own a home or not, what materials are used on the walls of your home?

It means that the material your house is made of is mortar or cement. And the roof of your house is tear-gathered or you have installed a linter using cement and mortar. After that, you have to enter whether you have a residential house or you have rented it. If you have a personal house, apart from this you have to enter some other information there as per the requirements. After that, you will click on Save and Next option.

Agriculture Information 

After entering this information you have to enter your agricultural information again. Whether you have land for cultivation or not, if so, how much land do you have to enter? And apart from this, you have to provide your agricultural information as per the given requirements. Then you will click on the option of save and then you will reach the next steps.

Miscellaneous 

Then you have to give your miscellaneous information that any member of your family has received any kind of assistance from government sources in the last three years. Means received any assistance from the BISP program or your Zakat. If yes then you will click yes if no then you will click no. You will then provide additional information below as described in the Miscellaneous Information section of the order. You have to read these options and give your personal information then when you have completed the miscellaneous information you have to click on next below.

Review

When you enter all your information, then a review page will appear in front of you. You have to see your information in it clearly and carefully. That there is no mistake because any information you have to enter into it will be regularly surveyed. It will be confirmed that you have indeed entered the correct information if you enter any wrong information. So you may face difficulties when the team physically comes to do your survey.
