- After confirming your land record, send your CNIC number to 8070. For messaging, first, write PKC <space> and then write your CNIC number. For Example; “PKC 3120124567831”.
- After that, you will receive a confirmation message about your registration for the Card.
- You can also register by visiting the nearest HBL retailer for the registration.
